How do I order?

We have over 150 products on offer at www.emiratesofficialstore.com . Each product has been categorised under the following:-
  • Aircraft Models
  • Fashion
  • Accessories
  • Exclusive
To order, simply place your cursor on the category of product that you are interested in and a dropdown menu will appear. Move the cursor to the sub-category of product that interests you and the full range of products will appear.

For more information about a particular product, please click "View Product Details" on the product page. A full description including details on price & availability will appear.

Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, simply enter the quantity and click "Add to Cart". If you are ordering clothing, please select the size you require from the available sizes mentioned on the dropdown menu.

Any items you place in your shopping cart during your visit to www.emiratesofficialstore.com, will appear in your shopping cart, when you proceed to check out. If you do not wish to order all of the items in your basket, simply click "Remove" tab that is next the product you wish to take out.

Your credit card will only be billed when we process your order.

In order to complete the transaction www.emiratesofficialstore.com requires the following credit card information:-

Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments by any other payment form.

Delivery

How much will the delivery cost?

The delivery charges within the UAE are USD 5 per delivery.

How long will the delivery take?

Emirates Official Store Online will deliver your items within 5 to 8 working days depending on the destination and/or product availability.

Can I track the status of my package?

Emirates Official Store Online has a state of the art tracking system that allows customers to monitor the delivery progress of their package. Simply click here, enter your order number and click "Track". Full details of your shipment will appear along with the estimated delivery date.

Do I have to be present to sign for delivery?

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for delivery, please remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and we will have your order delivered to the specified address.

Can the delivery be left safe & if there is no one available to sign for it?

Unfortunately, if there is nobody available at the address & for security reasons, Emirates Official Store Online employees have been instructed not to leave the goods unattended.

What countries does Emirates Official Store Online deliver to?

At the moment, Emirates Official Store only delivers within the UAE. We intend commencing international deliveries in the not too distant future. Please subscribe here , and we will notify you of when we intend starting international deliveries.

Refunds & Exchanges

How do I return a product?

Emirates Official Store Online allows its customers, who are not completely satisfied with their purchase, 7 days in which to exchange the concerned products. Simply click here and complete the Refund & Exchanges form. Please enter your email address and order number/tracking number. Once entered, click "Track" and full details of your order will appear. Simply tick the item you wish to return. Another box will appear requesting you to advise us of the reason for exchange and the quantity you wish to exchange. Simply enter the mandatory details required and click "Submit". A detailed email of your exchange claim will be emailed to you. Emirates Official Store Online will reply to your request ASAP. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to email emiratesofficialstore@emirates.com.

Please note that the return of a product will only be permitted once.

How do I refund a product?

Emirates Official Store Online allows its customers, who are not completely satisfied with their purchase, 7 days in which to claim a refund on the concerned products. Simply click here and complete the "Refunds" form. Please enter your email address and order number/tracking number. Once entered, click "Track" and full details of your order will appear. Simply tick the item you wish return. Another box will appear requesting you to advise us of the reason for refunding the products and the quantity you wish to refund. Simply enter the mandatory details required and click "Submit". A detailed email of your refund claim will be emailed to you. Emirates Official Store Online will reply to your request ASAP. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to email emiratesofficialstore@emirates.com.

Please note that refunds will take 15 working days and the amount concerned will be charged back to the credit card that was used to purchase online. Please note that the refund of a product will only be permitted once.
